Token Supply & Team Allocation
All KAMIRAI tokens will be offered for sale except for 1 billion reserved for the team. These team tokens are subject to a lock-up period of 3 years or until the token price reaches $0.01, whichever occurs first. 5% of the reserved tokens will unlock every 90 days. This mechanism promotes long-term alignment between the team and the community.
Token Sale Structure
The KAMIRAI token sale consists of three batches. The initial early-bird round sold 122 billion tokens at $0.000015686 each, raising $1.9 million.
The final batch will offer all remaining tokens (excluding the 1 billion team reserve) at a fixed price of $0.00007 per token. Proceeds targeted at approximately $26 million will fund Tier 1 exchange listings, market-making, and ecosystem development.
Buyback & Burn Mechanism
Following listing, monthly profits from the Kamirex decentralized exchange will be used to repurchase KAMIRAI tokens for permanent burning. This deflationary process will continue until the circulating supply is reduced to 1 billion KAMIRAI tokens.
